1. ReturnsWindow:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.Non-Returnable Items: Customized parts, used accessories, and “Final Sale” items cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
Shoot us an email at fseries672337165@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on why you’re sending it back.Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email.If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
If we messed up: (Sent the wrong part or it arrived damaged), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.Standard Returns: For “change of mind” returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Fitment Guarantee:
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the part fits their specific F-Series year, model, and trim before ordering.If you’re unsure, contact us with your VIN; we’re happy to double-check for you. If we confirm fitment and it still doesn’t work, we’ll handle the return shipping.
Core Charges & Refunds:
Certain parts like alternators or starters include a “core charge,” which is a deposit for the old part.To get your core refund, return the old part in the original manufacturer’s box within 30–90 days.All fluids must be drained from the core before shipping to prevent leaks and hazardous waste issues.
The “No-Smoke” Rule for Electronics:
Electrical components (like sensors or modules) cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened or if they have been installed.”If the smoke has been let out” (the part is fried or shorted due to improper installation), it is non-returnable.
Oversized & Freight Shipping (Bumpers, Tailgates, etc.):
Large items must be inspected at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.If there is visible damage to the box, mark “Accepted with Damage” on the driver’s paperwork.Returns for oversized items that aren’t damaged are subject to a restocking fee (usually 15-20%) because of the high cost of handling heavy freight.
Installation & Use:
We cannot accept returns on parts that have been partially or fully installed, painted, or modified.Please “dry fit” all parts (check for size and bolt alignment) before doing any permanent work or painting.
Damaged on Arrival:
If your package looks like it went through a car crusher, please take photos of the box, the shipping label, and the damaged part immediately.Claims for shipping damage must be reported to us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
